- Moist and tender, these hand-cut, extra-large chicken wings have been minimally processed and do not include any artificial ingredients or added preservatives.
- Wings are an ideal appetizer or buffet item. Grill, fry, bake or roast these wings, and serve with a variety of dipping sauces.
- Split wing consists of two sections: the drumette and midjoint. The wing tip (flipper) is not included.
- These raw, fresh wings are controlled vacuum-packed to preserve freshness, retain natural flavor and enhance shelf life.
- Count per pound will vary throughout the season, but will range between four and eight wings per pound.
- No hormones added: Federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in the raising and production of pork or poultry.
- Piece counts on wings will vary due to differences in bird weights between males and females as well as weather seasonality throughout the year. Due to this, we do not include piece size or count as part of product specifications per industry norm.
