Strong, uniform size, and smoke permeable. Use for summer sausage, salami, smoked bologna, and similar products. String tied or clipped on one end. Casings stuff approximately 1 pound each. Stuffing diameter is 2.40 inches.
For optimum performance soak in 100 degree water for a minimum 30 minutes before stuffing. Soaking maximizes flexibility and increases breakage resistance. Store unused fibrous casings in a cool dry area. Sold by the piece.
